Dear Valued Gojek Customers,
We want to let you know that Gojek will no longer provide services in Vietnam, effective from 16th September 2024. We’re sad to be leaving, but have made this decision after a great deal of careful consideration.
This means we will phase out GoRide, GoCar, GoFood and GoSend. Our last day of accepting orders will be 16th September 2024 (GoSend orders will end on 4th September 2024).
If you experience any issues with your orders, please report them through the Help Center on the Gojek App within 3 days of the order completion date. You will still be able to access and download your order history from the Gojek app post 16th September 2024. Your data will be treated in accordance with our strict data retention policies and prevailing laws. If you have any other queries, please reach out to Customer Service which will be operating until 30th of September 2024.
